Dirty Doves, featuring The Death Hilarious
An event on Wednesday 1st March. The event starts at 20:00.
This month we are thrilled to have The Death Hilarious as your headline act!
“One of the best acts to ever emerge from Wales” [citation not needed], The Death Hilarious bring their dark, cerebral, Welsh brand of sketch comedy to Bristol for the tenth time this month. You’ll almost suffocate with the amount of characters in this show: Security Stephens, the hunchbacked turd dealer, Boyd Christ and his condom circus and Michael Apple-Planner: professional seat-sniffer. “What? No way!” Yes way, deal with it, honey. The Death Hilarious wild, unapologetic and non-refundable.
Chortle Best Newcomer Nominees.
As heard on BBC Radio 4.
“A bold and unique new voice in comedy…” – Steve Bennett, Chortle ****
“Cartoonish horror that’s riotously funny.” – The Scotsman ****
Lin Smith will be opening the night, with support for local talents, George Willoughby, Jack Hardacres and Ollie Young.
Hosted by David Jefferies
