See event details

A gig held at The Wardrobe Theatre on Monday 22nd September. The event starts at 19:30.

Rachael Dadd is a spirited independent songwriter and performer based in Bristol. With songs that disarm and inspire, she has headlined tours around the UK, Europe and Japan and has regularly performed with long time friends and collaborators This Is The Kit and Rozi Plain. Rachael will be airing entirely new material with her band comprised of Rob Pemberton on drums, Alex Heane on bass and Greg Sterland on sax. Together they will be journeying a little further into the forest of jazz with moments of improvisation. Expect something fresh, brave, raw and full of heart.

Oak Choir is the epic new community choir lead by Rachael Dadd. Oak stands for Of All Kin and is run with an ethos of inclusivity, where joy and well being are held above perfection. The songs written by Rachael celebrate nature and community. They are rich and grounding like roots and earth while simultaneously stretching open wide to the sky and the stars. Nourishing, hopeful, joyous and with space to grieve.
