THEME *********
This month our theme is Water!

For our first show of 2026 we're inviting stories about everything to do with the stuff of life. Water to drink, water to swim in and water where it shouldn't be. Stories of torrential weather, leaking roofs and summer afternoons in the river. Stories of thirst, satiety and the endless ebb and flow of the sea. Riptides, undercurrents and rogue waves. Icy cold water out of the tap, or the hot water bottle sitting out in the sun. The wet road, brushing your teeth, and ice cubes. Storms, pet shop fish and the penguin enclosure at the zoo. Rusty cast iron cookware, acid rain and ice creams. The snow, the flood and the monsoon. Clogged drains, watering the tomato plants in the garden, and the permeable nature of everything around us...
Do you have a story about about water? Then come share it on 18th January at the Wardrobe Theatre.
