A
gig
held at The White Rabbit
on Saturday 20th April. The event starts at 19:30.
The latest sound to emerge from the Falmouth scene (Black Tambourines, Holiday Ghosts, Tinnedfruit) comes in the form of LIPS. Teetering on the edge of woozy shoegaze and understated dream-pop and balanced out with pinpoint songwriting, wrenching crescendos and highly acclaimed live shows. Recently supporting Lorelle Meets the Obsolete and Breathe Panel with an upcoming show at Rough Trade Bristol, LIPS are set to be one of the most exciting emerging bands of the South West this year. FFO The Cranberries, Pale Waves and Penelope Isles.
Anna Colette & The Average Men join the bill, bringing their Jazz-tinged Rock 'n' Roll to the table. Despite only forming in January, the BIMM quartet have been making waves in Bristol, recently supporting Petal and Dogeyed at The Crofters Rights.
+ LUKE MOSS - post punk solo artist who's received critical acclaim from shows alongside PussyRiot, Earth Tongue (NZ) and Sofar Sounds. https://m.soundcloud.com/lukemossmusic
