Blues Night and Open Mic at The Windmill
See event details

A gig on Monday 22nd April. The event starts at 07:30.

Whether you're looking to play at an open mic, or if you are looking for somewhere to relax with a drink then the Windmill is for you. Free pint for playing and the hosts are more than happy to invite you back on stage with them towards the end of the busy evening to end the night.

Mick and Sam have been playing as an acoustic, gritty blues duet for over a year and have lots of old and new blues tunes for you to enjoy and sing along if you know the lyrics!

Sam will also play a solo instrumental guitar set earlier on in the afternoon before the open mic starts. Sam has inspirations from the likes or Stevie Ray Vaughn, John Butler, Ry Cooder, John McLaughlin and Gary Moore.

Rib fans, pub grubbers, veggies and vegans alike can eat great food and enjoy the live music all night long.
