We will also ask the various independents that make it what it is and how they made their ideas become a reality, including; Alberto Noriega the founder of Grano Kitchen Bristol serving up proper Italian food, Anastasia Ozarinskaia founder of Ozaria the plant shop giving Glitch its trademark jungle appearance, and ladies Fi O'Brien and Casey Lalonde, behind the Girls Who Grind Coffee phenomenon.”
