“Millie is not like other girls. In fact, ever since she was little she actively traded in her fairy tales for mud and cut off her ringlets to stop the nickname goldilocks. Now she's on a quest to work out what it means to be one of lads, whilst she explores and subverts the insidious routes of gender stereotypes, turning what she thought she knew on its head. Join Millie as she battles against the assumptions of her former self, when being 'not like other girls' is not all that it seems. A witty, comedic and truthful insight into growing up opposing the female narrative.”

“The exhibition celebrates a vast range of visual art created by internationally acclaimed musicians. Initially, SCDM was born from Sam Tucker’s artistic frustration after witnessing his core business diminished by the Covid-19 pandemic. Instead, he called upon another creative facet to fill the void. The exhibition aspires to bring vibrancy and creativity back into many of the UK’s most treasured music spaces, including the
Bristol Beacon. As the list of showcasing artist increases, SCDM will exhibit media spanning from paintings, photography, ceramics, digital installations, recycled arts, sculpture and furniture.”

“The beginning of 2020 saw the release of 'CMAD', a visceral and abrasive post-dubstep belter that earnt them BBC Yorkshire's track of the week. Since then, the band have been in the studio, assembling releases for 2021.”

“There’s so much New Orleans slink in Dexter’s barfly blues music it’s hard to believe it comes with a Bristol postcode. That’s partly down to the impeccably shonky threesome of musicians behind him and partly due to Dexter’s own commitment to gravelling around where the bottles roll”
