“Struggling to keep warm on the freezing winter streets, our impoverished heroine begins to strike her dwindling stock of matches. Each match she strikes conjures a new story, and while it burns she escapes into an enchanting world of magic and mystery. Inspired by the beautiful Hans Christian Andersen tales, we follow her through the spell-binding stories of The Princess and the Pea, The Emperor's New Clothes and Thumbelina.”

“ANON seeks to celebrate the work of undervalued women writers, republishing their work alongside commissioned responses from new writers, academics and artists. Each book will be letterpress and risograph printed, hand-stitched and initially limited to a print run of 100 copies.”

“If you've never had the chance to see Pat Cahill, there is still time to atone. Do you like your weeknight cultural outings adventurous and modestly priced? Do you demand your comedy be absurdist and unpretentious? then push up to the bar and demand over the clatter: 'I'll have one ticket for Pat Cahill, please!' Not a meagre 'I'd like a ticket'...or 'might I have a ticket...' but a firm statement of your intent to not leave until your spot in the intimate, upstairs venue is secure.”

““The extremely likeable ex-teacher still knows how to hold people’s attention. Though now he is doing it with lessons in puerility,” says the Evening Standard. Greg is, of course, the writer and star of Channel 4 sitcom Man Down and Bafta-nominated star of BBC Three comedy Cuckoo. New show You Magnificent Beast follows 2013’s The Back of My Mum’s Head, which was described as “absolutely hilarious throughout” (Buzz Mag).”
