The name Arnaud Caschera may not be instantly recognisable to you but you will definitely know him under his DJ and producer name .

Da Fresh - And you know with a headliner of his calibre that our 4th Birthday Halloween special is going to be one HELL of a party! Prepare to feel the heat from the flames licking at your feet as Da Fresh makes his Bristol debut at WERK . We are flying in him in from his hometown of Lyon in France especially for the night - This is definitely a treat as opposed to a trick!

Techno and Tech-house supremo - Da Fresh has produced in excess of 100 tunes that you have no doubt heard at one point or another. He has also remixed equally as many tracks including tunes from UMEK, Greg Cerrone, Jeff Bennett, Kolombo, Lou Lou Players, Tom Novy, Phunk Investigation, Citizen Kain, Lutzenkirchen and MANY more. If anything at our Halloween special you should be scared of this guy's talent as he will demonstrate his ability to WERK the dance floor into a bloodbath frenzy!!! (Minus the blood!)

4 years in the making and WERK has also achieved notoriety throughout the scene as THE friendliest crowd in Bristol - A party put on for all you hedonists, clubbers and house-music aficionados with one mission - To ensure that you have a top night out and leave with a smile on your face :) Proper clubbing the way it should be!

No stranger to the Bristol clubbing scene, head honcho of the legendary DRAMA nights and also renowned DJ and producer with a stream of releases under his belt, Greg continues to impress and we could not be happier to have him on board!

DA FRESH BIO:

Traditional course of a young man who grew in the eighties... Born in a small french provincial

town, middle class music lovers family, big brother as teacher and dealer of good sounds,

Arnaud (his real name) will quickly combine a passion for the music with an immoderate

taste for computers and music machines. Afterwards attempts of rock band quickly fallen

through, strong of the traditional high-school pupil influences of the time (The Cure, Anne

Clark, Depeche Mode...), the young man will succumb very quickly to the french touch

success in the nineties. Fascinated by the"Homework" of Daft Punk or the"Pansoul" of

Motorbass, then student in an art school, it's under the name of Da Fresh that he will begin

the first tentatives of solo composition. Determined and hard worker, he will produce quickly

the titles which will launch him on the international electronic music scene : his first album

"Supa Feeling" released in 2002 on the Lyon based label Weaked Records will receive

excellent criticisms, the hit"Fuckin Track" will make the remainder... Then he will be divided

between a full-time job of DJ, while keeping a real knowledge of producer and remixer.

Oriented to originality and effectiveness : he always continues with a lot of tracks and remixes

for great labels such as Toolroom, 1605, Suara, Definitive, BluFin, Deeperfect And create

his own label Freshin Records.
