on Saturday 15th November. The event starts at 11:00.
Famous for its colourful houses and steepest hills, Totterdown is also home to the longest-running arts trail in the city. Since its inception, the Totterdown Arts Trail has grown into a cherished annual event, known for its eclectic mix of art forms and the opportunity to engage directly with artists in intimate settings.
This year, Totterdown Arts Trail celebrates it's 25th anniversary in style, with a disco theme!
Paintings, prints, ceramics, sculpture and more will spill from pubs, schools and our neighbours’ front rooms. Step inside, chat to the makers, grab a snack, stay for a drink. Follow the duck-marked map and let curiosity pull you onwards. Around every corner, something is happening, from book-making with Bristol Print Museum to film screenings and live jazz drifting out of The Old Picture House.
Whether you’re here to browse, buy, or make your own art, there’s something for everyone: new ideas, familiar faces and the occasional delightful surprise.
It’s one of the best weekends south of the river: intimate, joyful, a little unpredictable – and completely Totterdown.
Come for the art. Stay for the magic.
See you on the trail.
The dates for this year’s Trail are Saturday 15th (11am – 6pm) and Sunday 16th November (11am – 5pm) 2025.
