Join with like minded individuals to connect outdoors in a beautiful surrounding and practice yoga, meditation, sound baths, wild swimming and breathwork. Enjoy an extended weekend away from the hustle, bustle and stress of everyday life to focus on you.
The event takes place across a woodland valley folded around a clear, spring-fed lake created from Tregildrans Quarry, and is a five minute drive from some of the prettiest villages and most spectacular coastlines near Port Isaac in Cornwall.
We offer a full programme of wellness classes with our hand selected practitioners, activities and talks, as well as giving you the time to explore the stunning grounds and connect with the Grounded community. In between classes you can wild swim or take a boat out onto the lake, or gather around the fire pit in the evening for live music.
The event ticket does not include accommodation, although we encourage everyone to book to stay with us on site in the campsite or to select one of the alternative accommodation options below with Cornish Tipi Holidays and Free Range Escapes, all within the grounds of the stunning site.
