In preparation of TPC return, utilising the better weather & sticking to the ethos of paying acts, TPC hits 'Turbo Island' known for bonfires and lawlessness.
Given the relative success of The Bearpit event in May (its status pending - £180 raised for BHAM Bristol Housing Action Movement (official) ), The People's Comedy: Turbo Edition is as usual open to all: punters, homeless, Stokes Croft Hipsters and thus forth for a night of solidarity.
Like the St James Barton Fair before its being banned in 1837, a waft of nonconformity will flow through the air.
