What is grief, and how can you support an individual and their family when someone they love dies? Psychotherapist Julia Samuel will talk about how best to understand grief, looking at the impacts that grief can have on all members of the family, including children. She’ll introduce ways of coping with grief and crisis and will offer insight into how you can help those experiencing bereavement. Julia will also look at grief’s healing and transformative potential. There will be a book-signing opportunity with Julia straight after today’s session.
