Free session, on the 4th Sunday of every month. We will meet at 5:45pm for tea and coffee, then start the session at 6pm. We will then follow a pattern of 5 minutes of chanting followed by 10 minutes of mindfulness breathing meditation; a pattern which will repeat three times. We will be using chants from a variety of world traditions. Facilitated by Paul Wheeler and Mark Stewart. All welcome, come and give it a go!
