Come and Play Day at Victoria Rooms

A gig on Saturday 3rd March. The event starts at 10:00am.

As part of the Festival of Contemporary Music for All, musicians in the Bristol region are invited to a day of new music making.

Come and join players from CoMA Bristol and singers of the Gurt Lush Choir in a very special all-day workshop of a newly commissioned work by renowned composer Nigel Osborne.

The piece, I am Swimming, is inspired by testimony from refugees fleeing across the Mediterranean from persecution in their own countries. The workshop will be followed by an evening performance.

Whether you already love new music, or you’re just curious to see what the fuss is about, here is a chance to take part in something amazing.
