An evening of movement, exploration & human potential

Join Eva Zu Beck - extreme adventurer, storyteller, and host of National Geographic TV - alongside Dan O’Neill, Wildlife biologist, documentary filmmaker and broadcaster, for a unique, immersive evening celebrating her new book The Wilder Way.

From deserts to jungles, Eva’s work explores what it means to live boldly, reconnect with nature, and step beyond perceived limits. This is not just a book launch - it’s a lived experience.

The Experience

We begin at sunset, grounding into nature before moving through the city together -bridging wild and urban, body and mind.

6:00 PM — Meet at Brandon Hill Tower
Gather at one of Bristol’s most iconic viewpoints.
Arrive, land, and connect — setting the tone for the evening.

6:30 PM — Guided Movement + Social Run
A grounding movement session led by Sinta and Ben, followed by a 2–3km light run through the park and city to the Vivobarefoot Store Bristol.
→ Accessible pace, all levels welcome

7:00 PM — Arrival + Refresh
Reset at the store with drinks, water, and light snacks.
Time to connect, explore, and land after the run.

7:15 PM — Live Conversation + Book Signing
An intimate Q&A with Eva Zu Beck and Dan O’Neill - veterinary epidemiologist bringing a science-led perspective on human–animal and nature relationships
→ Adventure, resilience, and mindset
→ Reconnecting with nature in a modern world

Audience Q&A followed by book signing. Books available to purchase on-site
