Kaleidoscope XXL - Saturday night with COREN at Wake the tiger
See event details

A gig on Saturday 22nd March. The event starts at 21:00.

WE WANT ALL OF YOU

We throw dance parties where all bodies are invited. You already know how to dance, we're just here to give you permission to embrace all of the ways your body wants to move.

Come alone, come with friends, dip in a toe or plunge in the deep end. However you want to party, we're here for it.

So that everyone feels safe to unleash their full selves on the dancefloor our only rule is to be excellent to one another (aka the "don't be an asshole" policy). What does that mean? We expect you to be great at respecting other peoples' boundaries and bodies, to pay attention, and to use your words if you're unsure. Trust us, asking is way less awkward than getting it wrong.

DANCE WITH US

We run a monthly dance night, and every now and then we go all-in on a full-weekend blow-out. Three nights of parties at epic venues across the city, with live music and our favourite international fusion DJs.

Kaleidoscope XXL is that week-end blow-out, and Saturday night might be the wildest party we've ever thrown. We've got exclusive access to WAKE THE TIGER - the world's first amazement park.

Imagine exploring the wilds of this immersive art experience, and emerging at the end into a dream-space full of people waiting to dance with you, to the soothing melodies of live music from Coren and Einara, before delving into music from underground clubs around the world from one of our resident DJS.

Whether you're new to fusion or already hooked this is the night for you.

Curious about the full weekend? Check it out at kaleidoscopefusion.com.

TWO ROOMS

For Saturday night only, we'll have a Micro room going from 10.30pm, alongside the main space so whether you're feeling dramatic or small and intricate, we got you.

WAKE THE TIGER

Our party comes with access to the full Wake the Tiger experience - usually £24.50. Arrive early from 8pm to explore, before the doors to the party open at 9pm .

ACCESS
Wake the tiger has been designed with access in mind, and our event is in a wheelchair-accessible space, with adapted bathrooms available. More on access at https://www.wakethetiger.com/accessibility/ .

If you need a personal assistant or carer to be able to attend we can provide them with a free ticket - just use that email address.

BROKE?

If you can't afford a ticket and want to come dancing, email [email protected] and we'll try to help.

WHAT THE F IS FUSION?

Fusion is partner dancing, without the baggage. We're not here to stick to a rigid set of steps, but to actually dance with another person to good music on a night out. Fusion is all about improvisation, connecting with your partner and seeing what happens. We don't care if you've never danced before, as long as you're having a good time.

Fusion gets it's name from fusing different styles of dance - maybe you've danced blues, tango, lindy, west coast swing or hip hop or maybe you just like to get on the dance floor and shake it, you have something to bring!

For us, fusion is more than a dance, it's also a way of living the future we want to build. That means it is queer, it is feminist, and we don't want anyone left behind.
