XHUME at Walcot Chapel, Bath

A event on Monday 24th July. The event starts at 19:30.

'EXHUME'
verb: dig out (something buried, especially a corpse) from the ground.

OPENING SOUND IMMERSION:
We would like to invite you to an immersive sound experience utilising modular synth racks, elements of coding and live performative sound generation using built sculptures from found materials. Lay with us and dig out the depths of your soul conjured forth by the immersive sound experience.

**
Walcot Chapel is a quaint little disused church in the center of Bath with an intriguing energy found adjacent to a graveyard with beautiful views across the hills. Keeping in theme with the location and venue, the theme of this exhibition aligns with the title XHUME. The exhibition will contain works of various natures, including photography, mixed media, film and painting. These work will address ideas relating to exhume, un/natural cycles of life and how this affects us and the world around us.
