Festival of Economics: The geopolitics of energy

Global events – whether in the Arctic, the Middle East, Ukraine or Venezuela – have highlighted the enduring role of energy security in geopolitics. This panel will explore these recent events, addressing how energy supply chains, prices and sanctions affect international conflicts, as well as the implications for the transition to net zero.
