Our panel discussion brings together those at the frontline of policy study and development, including Christine Farquharson, Associate Director at the Institute for Fiscal Studies (IFS), whose work focuses on children’s education and health, the inequalities between different groups, and how policy can close these gaps.
Joining her will be Rosie Fogden, Head of Research and analysis at the Centre for Progressive Policy, specialising in social infrastructure childcare and early years, and inclusive economics. Tina Maltman – Executive Director at Childminding UK – and Jane van Zyl – CEO of Working Families – complete the panel, which will be chaired by the Telegraph Magazine’s deputy editor, Lucy Denyer.
