DEEP WINTER Evening Sound Journey at Wild Goose Space, St Werburghs Bristol
See event details

A event on Thursday 16th January. The event starts at 20:00.

The Christmas mayhem has faded, you're back at work and the world has rushed back into the grind along with the weight of expectations that can feel heavier than ever when the days are long, cold and grey. The pressure to leap back into productivity in January often leaves little room for honouring what Winter truly invites: rest, reflection, and restoration.

Join us for a Deep Winter Sound Journey, a soothing evening of sound healing, meditation, voice activation, and intuitive movement, focused on helping you reconnect with yourself amidst the noise of late-stage capitalism’s push for “perpetual busyness”.

A gentle embrace of soundscapes will allow you to rest deeply, allowing your body and mind to soften.

Guided voice activation will help you re-activate your inner resonance, tapping into that juicy creative energy and beautiful self-expression.

Intuitive movement will reconnect you to your body’s flow, supporting you in maintaining alignment with your intentions for the new year—or simply offering a moment to just be.

Winter, at its core, is a time for replenishment. Trees conserve their energy, animals hibernate, and the earth pauses to regain strength for the seasons ahead. Why do we not permit ourselves to do the same?

Let us remove ourselves from the pressure to hustle and grind and instead sink into the magic and stillness of the Deep Winter. Finding a nourishing stillness and silence, a deeper resonance that permeates, and a creative flow that sustains.

What to expect;

Hot herbal tea will be provided
Gong, Crystal Bowls and Sound Bath
Voice Activation
Intuitive, free-movement exploration
Hypnotic Meditation

What to Bring:

Comfortable clothing for movement
A blanket or cushion for rest
Kind eyes, ears and hands

Come as you are and leave feeling restored, grounded - ready to flow into the rest of winter with intention and ease.

No prior experience in voice or movement work is necessary—only a willingness to explore, express, and honour the beauty of the deep winter. This is a mixed-gender event

What people have said:

"Camilla’s relaxed and authentic energy makes it easy to show up as myself in her spaces. What I love is she’s not forced, you can tell this comes from her soul to yours. Queer and trans-inclusive." - Liane

“You demonstrated to me that with silence, stillness and internal visualisations, my creativity is always there, just beneath the surface, ready to be accessed. This was a valuable reminder that everything I need is already within me, if I can create this energy around my creative pursuits. This was a lightbulb moment - thank you!” - Seb
