Join Connection & Co in collaboration with Es, Lottie & Amber.
✨ Es will guide you through some gentle physical movements with the option to express oursleves physically, to create space and relieve tension from our bodies
✨ Lottie will facilitate us creating self-love Matchbox altars with paint and writing a letter to ourselves. Supporting our mental health, and giving us the opportunity to love oursleves a little deeper. The matchbox altar you can take home and fill with things that will nourish you from the depth of winter into the burst of spring
✨ Amber will nourish us with a sound bath; landing in serenity, floating into stillness with 'Sound With Amber'; holding our intergrating and rest with Tibetan singing bowls.

12:45-1pm: Doors open, come at 1pm and settle
1-1.15pm: Welcoming circle, sharing intentions.
1.15-1.45pm: Embodied movement space, guided & perfect for first time movers!
1.45-2.30pm: Self-love matchbox altar making & letter writing
2.30-3.15pm: Sound bath
3.15-3.30pm: Closing circle, feel free to share your experience with us if you wish
