See event details

A event on Wednesday 9th April. The event starts at 19:30.

9th April | ⏰ 7:45 PM – 9:00 PM (Doors 7.30 PM)
Wild Goose Space Studio, Bristol 228 Mina Road, BS2 9YP

As we move through the season of renewal and embrace the spirit of rebirth, we arrive at a powerful threshold—an opportunity to release the past, clear space for fresh energy, and step into the light of Spring. Just as nature awakens from its slumber, we too can soften, open, and welcome new possibilities.

Join us for Spring Awakening, a gentle yet powerful Sound & Gong Bath infused with:

✨ Voice Activation – Awakening your inner expression

✨ Crystal Singing Bowls – Cleansing and restoring balance

✨ The Gong – Deep sonic rest to reset and renew the nervous system

✨ Intuitive Movement – Releasing stagnation and shaking off what no longer serves us

✨ Hypnotic drumming – Cultivating presence and new beginnings

Like the first buds of Spring breaking through the soil, this session is an invitation to shed the old, breathe in the new, and nurture your intentions with sound, stillness, and embodied awareness.

Come as you are—ready to renew, rebalance, and realign.

We look forward to welcoming you.

With warmth,

Camilla & Kate
