Embodied language

Join our friendly and welcoming women‑only group for an hour of energising, enjoyable and strengthening guided movement.

Class will begin with a thorough, flowing and rhythmic warm-up, move on to learning a short dance phrase to develop coordination and deepen movement investigation, and finish with a guided improvisation that opens into free movement.

No experience is needed. All ages and abilities are very welcome!
