A nourishing way to start the day with a moment for yourself. Welcoming a space for rest, wiggling, flowing, expression and breath. Combining somatic practices with hatha yoga, pranayama - breathwork, shoden balance and naada - sound healing.
Come as you are, this space is open to everyone and everything offered is an invitation and exploration - there is no "right" way. We love props, wobbles, wiggles, variations and rest.
May is a neurospicy queer facilitator who prioritises comfort, inclusion and playfulness.
There is a kitchen and some mats available at Wildgoose Space, May will bring blocks, but feel free to bring your own mat, props, blanket, eye pillow etc - whatever you need to be comfy.
The room is accessible with a disabled parking bay, bathroom facilities and a ramp for access as required (one step down into the room). Get in touch if you have any other access needs or let me know on arrival. Please inform May of any injuries or mobility concerns so they can give you options
Tickets are pay as you feel (suggested donation £5-£15).
