A writing workshop with a gentle twist.

We gather together in the days of deep mid-winter to rest, reflect, write, and dream. Expect a hearty warm welcome to be as you are, full permission to write cr@p, curious prompts, gentle movement and a cosy environment.

Rooted in the writing practice taught by writer, poet, painter and Buddhist scholar Natalie Goldberg. Here you have an invitation to unravel and rest our bodies and minds on the earth and page. Experimenting with different ways of writing away from the lines and margins, using different tools and botanical inks. To make space for yourself and tend the seeds that lie within you at this time of year. We will explore ways to begin, ways to craft, and ways to share our words, as much as we would like to.

Wildgoose Space is accessed on the ground floor with a ramp into the foyer area and a step down to the workshop space.
Parking is available in the St Werburghs area (come with plenty of time to navigate this as it can be full on weekends) and in St Andrews/Montpelier if you would like to walk down through the St Werburghs allotments.
Nearby inner Bristol train stations are Montpelier and Stapleton Road.
This is a queer-friendly space.
