This ceilidh was born out of a weariness with dating apps and the challenges of meeting new people online, especially once you reach a certain age. The evening is for people of 45+, but it’s not a structured dating event; it’s a relaxed but organised opportunity to enjoy doing something fun in the company of other unattached people (with a little informal ice breaker to kick us off at the start). The ceilidh will be held at a small, friendly venue in the heart of St Werburghs and there will be plenty of chances to sit down, have a drink (and a snack) between dances.
