Come and wander with us...
as we gather in celebration of the land. We will explore our relationship and history to the land through live music, storytelling, dance, folklore, talks, film footage and more. If modern life has eroded our connection to the land, lets celebrate the folk reconnecting us back to the ground. .
The line up
Right to Roam Bristol. A talk about the campaign for greater access to roam the land for everyone.
Betty blight writes and performs folk songs. Her songs renew old ideas of English folklore.
Swanning folk. Folk clog dancing group.
Corinne Harragin. Storyteller. Drawing from the richly symbolic worlds of comparative myth, folk tale & legend.
Sid Plimmer. Singer/ songwriter/poet. His work is rooted in the imagery of changing rural landscapes.
Lets find our way back to the land
Location: The Garden Theatre at Windmill Hill City Farm in Bedminster.
This is an outdoor event in the case of extreme weather we will postpone the event.
Bruhaha bar will be open from 5pm.
There will be a food pop up at the farm, check farm website for details.
Amphitheatre open from 7pm. You are welcome to bring food and drinks into the amphitheatre.
Wander Gather use the arts to reconnect people to nature.
