SPINPOP at Workout Harbourside

Hi Babe! Welcome to SPINPOP! We wanted to create an inclusive space for POP lovers to come and spin an hour away with our gurt lush instructor Kamil! These sessions are designed to bring queer community together to engage, exercise and WERK to some of our favourite POP tracks! A few DOs 1. Dress appropriately for the session, leave the Laboutins at home babe. Colour, personality and gorgyness is strongly encouraged! 2. Hydrate. As with all exercise, look after your fabulous bod by keeping it watered. 3. Please make every effort to be punctual. The sessions will start promptly. Reception will direct you to the spin studio on arrival. Ringo parking is available nearby if you're driving. 4. Go at your own pace. Spinning is designed to work for the individual, so you dictate that dial babe. 5. Please listen to the pre session safety information provided by Kamil our instructor. 6. SING ALONG JAN to your heart's content! You're bound to know several many of the lyrics babe, so cut loose and sing out loud and proud! (not compulsory sweetie). 7. H A V E F U N and make them E A T I T ! 8. Gendered shower facilities are available on site for that post session rinse-off. 9.
