LION'S BREATH - Chapter Two at Yogasara
£30 / £20 conc

A event on Sunday 21st September. The event starts at 13:00.

Join us for the second chapter of our heart-led, fiercely tender and radically empowering yoga practise that explores the deep connection between personal wellbeing and the wellbeing of our world. In an age of overwhelm and dissociation, it's time to spiral our inner peace beyond individual nourishment and into the web of life.

Grounded in self-compassion, we'll weave together asana, pranayama, mediation, dance, dialogue and mantra to re-source, realign and reignite our inner strength.

With Equinox gracing us with her presence we’ll tap into both her harmonising energy and her celebration of light and dark. Working with these forces will help us become eternally strong, empowering us for a lifetime for whatever life may throw at us.

Join our pride to investigate our inner worlds and how coming together can make the world a wildly better place.

A workshop curated by Yogasara teachers Jack and Emilita who share a passion for bringing people together to move, connect and transform. Both strongly believing a better collective is the nourishment the world needs.
