This week’s creative workshop explores abstract painting techniques. Learn how to select shapes, colour and texture to create a series of abstract images. We will be observing what's around us and learning how to create a simplified image of what stands out to us the most.

These weekly sessions are a fun, safe space for beginners to experiment, play and explore creative outlets through painting, collage, journaling, crafts and drawing.

This workshop series aims to give people the opportunity to learn new creative techniques and to allow people to find new modes of creative expression to aid emotional regulation and wellbeing. All abilities are welcome and you don’t need any prior experience.
