FestiChouimpse! - Act II : All Hallows Hall

— All Hallows Hall
Eclectic Music & Arts International Festival : Act II & Fundraiser For All Hallows Hall's Survival
price: Headfirst Tickets Headfirst Tickets

The *FestiChouimpse!* is an eclectic international festival that aims to link Brestolia (Brittany-France) to Bristolia.
The base of the festival is movement, to encourage local bands to exchange and expand. We're here to meet, have the craic, and ideally and technically bond to go further together.
It brings together under an ephemeral circus tent a carousel of music, performing acts, art exhibition, photography, workshops, poetry, ideas.

Where? When? All Hallows Hall - Sat. 9th November

=> About All Hallows. This fantastic venue was risen back from its ruins by a small group of volunteers. 'All Hallows Community Co-op Ltd was formed and a lease was arranged with the owner, the purpose of the company was to run All Hallows Hall for the benefit of the community. A large number of volunteers rescued the building and contributed their time, effort, money, equipment, tools and love to the project. Our aim is to begin a campaign to be able to buy the hall and secure it for Easton community use. [It's been hosting] theatre, live music, art shows, projector jams, experimental choirs, a carpet forest, wedding parties, rehearsal space, workshops, community meetings and feasts, regular weekly classes and sports.'
(check http://www.allhallowshall.co.uk/history/)

=> Now. The owner wants to retire. All Hallows needs FUNDS to keep this space. I can't stress enough the dedication of the handful of volunteers making everything happen here.

=> So. We're joining forces to keep this space and spirit alive.
