The Clay Bottom Jug Busters at Alma Tavern and Theatre

A gig on Sunday 4th November. The event starts at 19:00.

Our Sunday Sessions are back, and this month our pals the Clay Bottom Jug Busters return with the full band!

Blistering booty shakin' blues and hard hooting hokum from your neighbourhood jug band - the Clay Bottom Jug Busters are Bristol's newest roots sensation and they're bringing their knee-smacking sound to the Alma!
Fronted by harmonica player, blues shouter, guitar picker, freight train impersonator and juke-joint proprietor Joe Strouzer (of Three Piece Chicken Orchestra fame), this rinky-dink collective echoes old-style American roots with a distinct Bristolian charm.

Music starts at 7pm and is free to all, with donations warmly appreciated.
Plus, fresh stone-baked pizzas served all night!
