50 years ago the Vietnam War ended. It was a huge defeat for US imperialism, a defeat stemming from the struggle of the Vietnamese people as well as the explosion of resistance within the US including within the US army itself. What was this war really about from the perspective of US imperial interests? What exactly were the factors which led to the US pulling out of Vietnam, and what are the lessons for those wanting to challenge today's warmongers?
