After 3 massive nights last year, Safe As F*ck returns to Basement 45 for another night of pure 90s appreciation. Our DJs will take you on a journey from acid house and oldskool rave, through the formative era of breakbeat hardcore and trance, before closing things out with some heavy hard house, trance, and jungle tekno bangers.
We're kicking off 2024 with a very special lineup, with three of Bristol's most exciting oldskool DJs seamlessly soundtracking your night. Safe As F*ck founder DJ Them, known for blending genres and whipping the crowd into a frenzy, will be joined by newcomer DJ Doubt! Fresh from the underground party scene, this will be their debut club set; get ready for hard-hitting jungle tekno and maybe even some gabber at the end! Finally, we are thrilled to host Dr. Ominous, the never-before-seen trance alias of the one and only Jake Om. Dubbed the Prince of Jungle, Jake has quickly become one of Bristol's most respected turntablists, and we can't wait to hear their collection of classic goa & psytrance.
Expect plenty of infectious grooves, stomping feet and shaking bass, so don't forget your dancing shoes! Get down early for free entry before 11pm, or grab an advance ticket to secure your place in the dance from just £3. Last entry will be at 1am, this event is 18+ with photo ID required.
