✶ SPECIMEN A & MC RAF ✶ (Back To Breaks Set)
(Funkatech // Broke // Rat Records // Hot Cakes)
Specimen A originally started making breaks back in 2006, collaborating with then up & coming producers Far Too Loud. Their early releases "Headcase", "Contamination" & "Soldiers At War" won them mass praise & support across the scene. After signing with Funkatech Records they continued to craft their distinctive sound on follow up singles, and in 2008 they released their "Hazardous Material" series on Funkatech pushing their sound into new territories and winning themselves a nomination for Breakthrough Producer at the 2009 Breakspoll Awards at Fabric. They continued to go from strength to strength; tearing up the first Breakspoll Festival in Spain, remixing Dylan Rhymes and Deekline for high profile labels Lot49 and Against The Grain as well as guest mixes on BBC Radio 1 and Kiss FM and that was just in 2009... In later years their focus has mostly switched to drum and bass, meaning this ‘back to breaks’ set is one definitely not to be missed!! https://www.discogs.com/artist/25758-Specimen-A
✶ KRAYMON ✶ (Vinyl Set)
(Dusted Breaks // StreetWise Recordings // En:vision)
Originally coming onto the scene back in 2001, this is a true player of Bristol's old school breaks scene! Regardless of the tune, there is always a distinct Kraymon style; hard to define, impossible to resist. It is fair to say he is renowned for huge bass, intricate beats and sublime, crispy production. Everyone wants a fat slice of the Kraymon cake, and many record labels ask for a second helping, including Dusted Breaks, Boombox, En:vision, Freakaboom, MBN, Streetwise, Dead Famous and Vertical Sound Records. Many artists including Product.01, Koma & Bones, Future Funk Squad, and 30Hz have called on Kraymon for remixing duties. Support for his tracks has come from such luminaries as Plaid, Laurent Garnier & Orbital who have played his tracks at festivals, on BBC Radio 1 and even sang his praises in DJ Mag. It’s pretty safe to say we are excited to hear what's in store for this strictly vinyl set! https://www.discogs.com/artist/21372-Kraymon
✶ DIRTY TERRAIN ✶ (UK Debut Set)
(Spektra Recordings // Diesel // Xclubsive)
Straight outta sunny Cordoba for his debut UK set, Dirty Terrain is another old school name in the Andalusian scene, known mostly for his tight productions that infuse the perfect combination of nu school and tech breaks, forming his own recognisable style. His take on the breaks sound has been supported by many kingpin labels such as Spektra, Diesel, Xclubsive, Yea Man Records, and NFBmusic. https://www.beatport.com/artist/dirty-terrain/353227
✶ FUNK U & B BUMBLE ✶ (SPAIN)
(Need Money Records // Southside Breaks)
Funk U, originally a Spanish duo including Manu Twister (Pray For Bass), has been tearing it up internationally for the past decade, known to hold it down anywhere from parties through to big festivals such as Sunday Breaks Festival in Spain. Funk U is a guy really involved in his breakbeat, increasingly building his skills and adding to his impressive portfolio of releases, those of which are recognised as a devastating and solid groove style by labels such as Spektra, Distortion, Elektroshok and Need Money Records.

✶ MASTER & DISASTER ✶ (SPAIN)
(Elektroshok // Space Pizza // InBeatWeTrust // Selecta Breaks)
Seville based duo Master & Disaster have been a big name in the breaks scene since they met in 2012. They rapidly got noticed by key labels such as Elektroshok, Selecta Breaks and Slow Roast Records, allowing them to push their sound further and gain the support of artists such as Diplo, Kill The Noise, Flux Pavillion, Jauz, Dubsidia, Beauty Brain and Save The Rave to name a few. Now pushing tunes regularly through Space Pizza Records, their productions continue to seriously impress, and no matter whether they touch Breaks, Electro or Drum & Bass, you can be sure that the result will be something of a masterpiece. https://www.beatport.com/artist/master-and-disaster/340482
