Liquifyah is back in October in a BIG way, with some of the freshest music around. This month we bring you KOVE, one of the most promising up-and-comers on the scene right now with previous releases on Viper Recordings another single set to drop on a new label very soon. Alongside him we have CHORDS (Hospital Records) who's sound is heavily endorsed by big names and is a personal favourite of ours, and a host of Liquifyah residents in the main room including Modify Perspective B2B Mistifyah, new guy on the scene Device, Bristol's french connection Noobe and the tentacle-wielding big bass provider that we call Octo Pi. Hosting the proceedings and blessing the beats with his trademark lyrical FYAH will be the man like Twitchee Cordz. If you are from Bristol and go to D&B raves, then you will will know what this man brings to the party.
Running things in Room 2 we have'Good Old Boys' featuring Range (Drum and Bass Set), ShadowPlay, Milla, Baron Von Vol-au Vent, Surly and Wimsy all bringing something a little different to the Liquifyah Vibe. Expect a mashup of Breaks, D'n'B, Dubstep, Glitch Hop, House, Grime and Tech.

Initially crafting more down tempo efforts, in 2010 Kove was introduced to the world of 170bpm dance music. The change in direction has proved fruitful. His first release on Viper Recordings, 'Breach' backed with'Stellar' found its way into the sets of many of the circuits' big names and was included on Hospital Records' compilation CD'Hospitality Summer Drum & Bass 2012'. His recently released single'Sleep it Off' also on Viper Recordings has already gained 50,000 plus plays on Youtube and his next release'Iodine' has featured in every one of Andy C's Alive shows over the last 4 months and was included on Andy's recent cover feature CD for Mixmag. Recently, it was announced that KOVE will be dropping his first single on RAM Records new offshoot label'ProgRAM' on 8th October. Set to follow in the footsteps of the likes of D&B legends DJ Fresh, Sub Focus, Chase & Status, Culture Shock, Noisia, Bad Company and Moving Fusion, to say we're excited about Kove's set is a massive understatement.

CHORDS
Chris Ansah, or by alias Chords, hails from South London, first trained as a classical pianist and was more used to scores and orchestras than beats and breaks, and was weaned onto jungle music by his older brother in his early years, which inevitably lead to him trying his own hand at music production. He first broke onto the scene by featuring on Nerm & D-Codes BBC Electro radio show, showcasing unique blends of feel good melodies, soulful synths with hard hitting drum vibes, way back in 2007 when he was barely 18. After years of underground cultivation, honing his production skills and working with some of the biggest acts in Drum and Bass, Chords is ready to show the world his musical capability. Chords has already made a stir, with tracks featuring on The Essential Mix (BBC Radio 1) courtesy of Netsky, and Hospitals MoS mix. His sound heavily endorsed the likes of the Brookes Brothers, Sigma, Fresh, Danny Wheeler, and Culture Shock and his remix of Cyantific's'Don't Follow' featuring on the Hospitality Festival Drum & Bass compilation, Chords is one to watch.
