A clubnight held at Basement 45 on Thursday 21st July. The event starts at 22:00pm.
'Mighty Real' presents; [in association with ‘Satsumas’ and ‘The Choon Nexus’] a Fundraiser for the victims of the Orlando pulse nightclub shootings.
As many of you know, last month (June 12th) 50 people were killed, and many people injured in a mass shooting in Orlando, Florida. This shooting took place within a nightclub called: ‘Pulse’, an LGBT club, and was a direct attack upon this community. In order to show solidarity with the victims of that night, and the LGBT community, we will be hosting a night in which all proceeds will be going to ‘The Center Orlando’: [http://www.thecenterorlando.org/] a centre within their local area which has been offering support and counselling to the families of the victims of that night.
SO… In order to show that love always wins, we will be getting down to disco, house, funk, techno and much more and we need you to come boogie with us! Remember, all proceeds will be going to charity and there will be special entertainment for the night. Bring ya shapes and your glow sticks... It’s gunna be real. Peace.
