‘Queens’ Wildlife Film Outdoor Screening at Big Screen at Millennium Square
See event details

A event on Wednesday 16th October. The event starts at 19:00.

Join us for this free outdoor screening of Queens Episode 3: Tiny Queens, one of this year’s Panda Award Nominees at Wildscreen Festival on the Big Screen at Millennium Square. Deck chairs will be provided, but a coat and a thermos are advised!

In six remote and beautiful places on our planet are queendoms run by the most powerful leaders in the animal world. These queens are sisters, single mothers and grandmothers. “Queens” tells their stories of resilience, strength, love and loss for the first time.

In this screening of 'Tiny Queens' (60mins), under the rainforest canopy two tiny insect queens build their empires. One through great sacrifice, the other betrayal.

Don't miss this fantastic opportunity to discover more about the animal kingdom's leading ladies in our unique outdoor setting!

Entry requirements: no age restrictions
