David Julyan at Bristol Beacon
£13.44 - £20.16 / ticket link in description

A gig held at Bristol Beacon on Friday 2nd May. The event starts at 20:00.

David Julyan — film director Christopher Nolan’s original musical collaborator — steps out from behind the screen for a rare live performance.

Best known for his haunting, atmospheric scores for Memento, The Prestige, and Insomnia, Julyan’s music helped define Nolan’s early films, blending orchestral subtlety with immersive electronics.

Now, for the first time, he brings his latest album Hireth to the stage, performing alongside a live string ensemble. As part of this special performance, he also reimagines his Memento score, transforming its eerie electronic textures into a striking new arrangement for strings and synths.

This is a unique chance to experience the music of a visionary composer — live, intimate, and deeply cinematic.
