Ear Trumpet & Bristol Beacon Presents: The John Martyn Project - Seated Show at Beacon Hall, Bristol Beacon, Trenchyard St, BS15AR- 14+ (Under 18s to be accompanied by a responsible adult)

One evening at the Jazz Cafe, Camden in 2018, six artists came together in celebration of John Martyn's music. It was an evening of deep connection, not just to John's music, but also with a unique community of John Martyn fans. That night saw the sparks of what was to become 'The John Martyn Project' - an ongoing homage to a truly pioneering and unique musical soul.

Each bringing their own story and relationship to John's music, they continue to keep the spirit of his music alive whilst collecting stories and insights from the crowds they play to.

With thanks to John and those that find connection in his music.

Blythe Pepino - Vocals/Piano
Kit Hawes - Vocals/Guitars
Pete Josef - Vocals/Keys/Guitar
Sam Brookes - Vocals/Guitars
John Blakeley - Drums/Congas
Jon Short - Electric/Double Bass
