International Women's Day Celebration 2026 at Bristol City Hall, College Green

A event on Saturday 7th March. The event starts at 10:00.

Bristol Women’s Voice works to make women’s equity a reality in Bristol through campaigning, connecting and celebrating.

We hope this year's International Women's Day celebration will do all three of these things with our broad programme of events centred around the theme of Connection and Common Ground, exploring what women can achieve together and their role in promoting peace.

The day features workshops fostering community cohesion, art exhibitions in the Vestibules on Deanery Road and Park Street, and panel discussions on topics including women's inclusion in economic growth and in the workplace, tackling misogyny, mothering through challenging times finding common ground to connect communities, women and the environment, and women's health, alongside workshops on music, wellbeing, history and health.

This event is completely free and you do not need to book or reserve a ticket. All the workshop tickets listed here are only half the rooms capacity, this is to allow those wishing to attend particular workshops to book in advance.
If you would like to book a space but in advance and giving a donation is a barrier, please email us on [email protected].

We invite attendees to wear something white, symbolising unity and peace together.

Entry requirements: no age restrictions
