Birds of Chicago at Bristol Folk House

A gig held at Bristol Folk House on Saturday 26th October. The event starts at 19:30.

Since 2012, roots duo Birds of Chicago have been creating what they call “secular gospel” music mixing folk, mountain gospel, soul, and rock to great effect. Birds of Chicago, aka Chicago’s JT Nero (JT & the Clouds) and Vancouver’s Allison Russell (Po’ Girl), are a duo that “show us a way to fully live” (NPR Music) with their music that can be both playful and heartbreaking. Not afraid to try new things, this duo transcend their Americana and country roots to create a sound that will make your heart soar and your soul feel lifted.

Ages 16+ (Under 18’s to be accompanied by an adult)

This is a seated Colston Hall Presents show at The Folk House, 40a Park St, Bristol BS1 5JG
