Bowl Carving Workshop

Bowl Carving Workshop at Bristol Tree Craft CIC

An event on Saturday 26th September. The event starts at 10:00.

This full-day workshop will give you everything you need to turn a log into a beautiful, usable bowl to take home with you!

You will make your bowl from locally sourced green (fresh) wood using traditional woodworking tools, which you will be taught to use safely and effectively. The course is suitable for both complete beginners and those who’ve done woodwork before before and would like to hone their skills and develop their designs.

All tools and materials provided, as well as a steady supply of refreshments throughout the day.

See you among the shavings!
PS. If you book a course now, you’ll contribute to our Crowdfunder. We’re fundraising to provide wellbeing programmes for those who need them. All donations are doubled for the next 3 weeks thanks to match funding

Things to remember

We will be working outside - though we will have a covered area - so please come prepared for the weather.

Bristol Tree Craft's core aim is to make the benefits of green woodworking accessible to those who would use not have the opportunity. As such, much of this course's ticket costs goes towards funding our Community Outreach work with disadvantaged young people and refugees/asylum seekers.
