Join us for Free Writing 4 Wellbeing - 13 sessions of 3 hours each with added value:
2 individual goal-setting sessions of 15 mins over the phone/video call, with each participant, funded by West of England Combined Council Freelancers Grant.
PLACES LIMITED TO 12 - and a waiting list for more events - You will have to book via Eventbrite, because a minimum number of attendees on Headfirstisis 40 and we will have a small group of 12-14.

The sessions are a brilliant opportunity to boost your wellbeing through sustained writing and connecting with nature over seven months. During the sequence of 13 workshops, we will explore different approaches to writing, mostly through free-verse poetry. We will use some mindfulness techniques and activities designed to help you relax, be present, reflect and find inspiration in simple things. Whether you're a seasoned writer or just exploring, these sessions are perfect for anyone looking to harness the power of nature to uplift their well-being and to find expression through creative writing.

The sessions are funded as a whole course by West of England Combined Authority but booking is essential as limited to 12, so please grab your ticket to commit to attending and pay towards the cost of refreshments, printing and materials.
