It's Cafe Kino's 20th anniversary! To celebrate this incredible milestone for our queer collective community space, we're hosting a three day festival filled with music, films, workshops, live art performances, and a very special immersive cabaret! There will also be a raffle Too many Bristol venues have closed in recent years. We refuse to let that happen to our beloved Kino. This weekend will be a fundraiser to redo our events space and keep our doors open for another 20 years! Tickets will be sliding scale. Noone will be turned away for lack of funds however we do ask you to reserve a ticket so that we are aware of capacity. FRIDAY LIVE MUSIC, SPOKEN WORD, DJS SHOWCASING THE BEST OF THE GRASSROOTS BRISTOL SCENE set times HESTER: 8PM-8:30PM HOLLY (SPOKEN WORD): 8:30-9PM HANWA: 9-9:30PM MAYA BLACKWELL (SPOKEN WORD) 9:30PM-10PM SOUNDS OF BABEL: 10PM-10:30PM DOORS 7PM. SATURDAY AN IMMERSIVE CABARET EXPERIENCE. FOR ONE NIGHT ONLY CAFE KINO WILL BE TRANSFORMED INTO THE FLEABAG BALL - A NIGHT OF CIRCUS, SILLINESS AND GLAMOUR.
