Skydaddy presents 'Works in Progress' at Cafe Kino

A gig held at Cafe Kino on Friday 17th July. The event starts at 19:30.

Skydaddy (Rachid Fakhre) brings together a group of Bristol's most exciting songwriters to share with the room the unfinished ideas which they are currently working on. Amongst the artists is Jenny Kennedy (Tyler of Black Country New Road), Naima Bock, Jack Ogborne (The Cindys), Tom Grogan (Bramwell), Dan Pacini and Marcus Jeffrey.

An event in which around 8-10 artists play their unfinished ideas that they are working on, the aim is to inspire a healthy discussion about the process as well as foster a greater sense of community amongst likeminded songwriters. In the past they've welcomed the likes of Cameron Winter, members of Black Country, New Road, black midi, caroline, @, Geese, English Teacher, Sean O'hagan, Naima Bock, Ethan P Flynn, Rozi Plain and many more. Last year it was held it in London, Bristol, New York City and Glastonbury Festival. This year it will make its LA debut.
