A gig held at Central Warehouse on Friday 7th June. The event starts at 18:30.

Making his first Bristol appearance in 5 years, UK jazz legend Kamaal Williams brings his exciting 'Most Wanted' UK Tour to Bristol's new Central Warehouse on Friday 7th June.

Having reached early stardom with his instant classic collaboration with Yussef Dayes, Kamaal has gone on to earn worldwide acclaim, as part of the UK jazz renaissance, including from the likes of Gilles Peterson, Clash, Mixmag, and NTS.

On support are Bristol's 7-piece maestros Snazzback, who embrace their experimental beginnings to create a sound fusing abstract beats with spiralling improvisation. Their music is soaked in influences including interlocking West African rhythms, rootsy Brazilian flavours, sprawling soundscapes, deep dubstep basslines and flickering arpeggiators. Vocal support for Snazzback comes from the Bristol veteran Rider Shafique and new-gen nu-jazz rapper Mādły.

Bristol's leading selectors, record-collectors and vibe-setters John Stapleton (La Bomba / Wanted Records), Natham Worm (Worm Disco, Bubble) and More Soup DJs (The Gallimaufry) are on support.

Entry requirements: 18+
