A night that nods to Paradise Garage energy, roller discos (the good kind), and house parties of old. Think red velvet, a shimmering disco ball, and a night all about the music.

As the founder of Bristol’s Counting Blessings parties, Katie Novo has created an open and welcoming space to let go and enjoy the dancefloor, while further afield her jazz, soul, and groove-infused sets have delivered her signature warmth and soulful energy to clubs and festivals across the UK, always with the intention of building spaces where joy, connection and a shared love of music can flourish.

Back behind the turntables, Waxmouse is packing a bag full of no-nonsense, house-infused records. He's no stranger to joining up the musical dots with regular shows on Noods and 1020 Radio, playing everything from afrobeat to proto-house to gnarly 80s influenced techno. And for those who've not had their memories completely obliterated, he's also held down residencies with club nights Supersmash and Mi Casa Su Casa as well as guesting for several others. When he's not selecting tunes, Waxmouse is better known as local illustrator and mural painter, Dave Bain. Get set for some solid wax-on, wax-off action with Waxmouse.

And Nicko...Happily keeping a low profile, Nicko has been quietly playing at and organising events across Bristol's venues and airwaves for many years now. Initially as a co-founder of Bodywork he's also had a long running monthly residency on Noods Radio, firstly with Dare To Believe and more recently with his new show, Plaça Tripi. You can also find him putting on nights in a Stokes Croft cafe as 1/4 of Supersocial and is a regular DJ at Vinyl Gathering. Behind the decks you'll hear him playing dubbed out dance, disco and other beautifully lopsided sounds.
