A gig held at Circomedia on Saturday 30th May. The event starts at 19:30.
Ziggy 2000 welcomes you all to an evening full of grit, grunge and pixie rock and roll set within the grandure of Circomedia - a beautiful church in the heart of St Paul’s that doubles as a world renowned theatre and circus school.
With ethereal visuals, whimsical decor and fairy punk styling by sustainable designer Bees Knees Apparel (who dressed none other than The Last Dinner Party back in 2024), the night promises to truly immerse you into Ziggy’s shoegaze fairytopia - and be her biggest show yet.
Expect the sweetest kind of whiplash, where angel soundscapes are spliced with searing guitars and peppered with tongue-in-cheek storytelling; the kind that gut-punches you whilst leaving stars in your eyes.
The show will be celebration of Ziggy’s new single, ‘Telescope’, set to be released on Friday 29th May, as well as a farewell gig for her long time guitarist and best friend Louis Veillon, who is leaving the band to move to Paris after over 4 years of playing and making music together.
FFO she's green, Freak Slug, beabadoobee and Pretty Sick.
Horsefair:
Thunderous post-grunge with a penchant for the gothic. Bristol’s favourite wall of sound trailblazers take to the stage once again, this time sending their earth shattering riffs reverberating around Circomedia.
Princess Boyfriend:
With lilting melodies and just the right amount of dirt, Princess Boyfriend take their unique blend of Clarinet Post Rock and offer it to us with a healthy dose of sapphism and lashings of theatrics.
